Quotes and services

Prime Waters LLC installs and services residential water softening systems. Quotes are estimates based on the information you supply and may change after an on-site evaluation. Requesting a quote does not create a binding contract; work begins only after a written agreement.

SMS messaging program terms

• Program. Prime Waters LLC operates a text messaging program that sends conversational, transactional, and marketing messages about water softener quotes, appointments, installation, service, and promotions.
• Opt-in. By providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing — in our website chat widget, in writing, or verbally — you consent to receive text messages from Prime Waters LLC at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is never pre-checked or assumed.

• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
• Privacy. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
• Sample messages. "Prime Waters: Your free water test is confirmed for Tue at 10am. Reply STOP to opt out." / "Prime Waters: Your softener install estimate is ready — reply here with questions. Reply STOP to opt out."

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Waters LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our messaging program.
